Hotel Górsko Regulations – Wieliczka
§1 SUBJECT OF THE REGULATIONS
- These Regulations define the rules for providing services, liability and staying on the premises of Hotel Górsko and constitute an integral part of the agreement concluded with the Guest.
- The agreement is concluded upon signing the registration card, making a reservation, or paying a deposit or full payment for the stay.
- By performing the above actions, the Guest confirms having read and accepted these Regulations.
- The Regulations apply to all persons staying on the Hotel premises.
- The Regulations are available at the Reception and on the Hotel website.
- The Reception is responsible for assisting the Guest during their stay.
§2 HOTEL DAY
- Hotel rooms are rented for hotel days.
- Hotel day for individual Guests: from 4:00 PM to 11:00 AM the next day.
- Hotel day for organized groups: from 4:00 PM to 9:00 AM the next day.
- If the length of stay is not specified, it is assumed to be one hotel day.
- Requests to extend the stay must be reported at Reception by 9:00 AM on the departure day.
- The Hotel may refuse extension in case of no availability, unpaid charges, or violation of the Regulations.
- Remaining in the room after check-out time results in an additional full-day charge.
§3 RESERVATION AND REGISTRATION
- A valid photo ID and completion of a registration card are required for check-in.
- All persons staying in the room must be registered.
- The Guest may not transfer the room to third parties.
- Unregistered visitors may stay in the room between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
- A refundable deposit is required:
- 200 PLN per room per day (individual bookings),
- 500 PLN / 100 EUR (group bookings).
- The deposit may be reduced by the value of any damage.
- The Hotel reserves the right to verify the credit card used to guarantee the reservation.
- If a reservation is not cancelled by 5:00 PM on the day before arrival, the Hotel may charge the first night unless otherwise stated.
- In case of early departure, payment for the commenced day is non-refundable.
§4 SERVICES AND ADDITIONAL SERVICES
- The Hotel provides services according to its category and standard.
- Complaints should be reported immediately at Reception.
- The Hotel ensures safety, personal data protection in accordance with GDPR, and professional service.
- Upon request, the Hotel provides free of charge:
- wake-up service,
- luggage storage,
- safe deposit storage,
- taxi ordering.
- The Hotel reserves the right to charge the Guest’s credit card for unpaid services or damages in accordance with applicable law.
- A baby cot is available upon request (subject to availability).
§5 PARKING
- The hotel parking area is monitored and unguarded.
- Parking fees:
- 15 PLN per day per car,
- 50 PLN per day per coach.
- Parking fees are payable at Reception.
- The Hotel is not liable for vehicles or items left inside them, in accordance with civil law.
§6 GUEST LIABILITY
- Children under 12 must remain under constant adult supervision.
- The Guest is financially liable for damages caused by themselves or accompanying persons.
- Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited.
- Violation of the smoking ban results in a contractual penalty of 400 PLN.
- The Hotel may refuse further services in case of violation of the Regulations.
§7 HOTEL LIABILITY
- The Hotel is liable for items brought by Guests in accordance with the Civil Code.
- The Guest must report damage immediately after discovery.
- The Hotel may refuse to store valuable or dangerous items.
§8 NIGHT QUIET HOURS
- Quiet hours apply from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
§9 LOST AND FOUND
- Items left in rooms will be stored for 3 months.
- Upon request, items may be sent at the Guest’s expense.
Restaurant “GÓRSKO” Regulations
- Breakfast is served from 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM.
- Room service is subject to a 20% surcharge.
- Bringing outside alcohol is prohibited.
- Taking dishes and food to rooms is prohibited.
